What does an online will include?
It includes a wide range of services:
- Personalised attention and advice. Right from the outset of the procedure we will assign a lawyer to your case. They will be an expert in inheritance matters and you will be able to bring them any doubts or questions that may arise as you draw up the document so that together you can find the solution that best fits your situation.
- Creation of the requested documents by the lawyer and submission to the notary's office. Our lawyers will gather together your last wishes and prepare a document to be signed at the notary's office, in order to speed up the process.
- Signature of the documents before a notary public. Our experts will assign you to a collaborating notary office close to your home so that you arrange the best time to sign the document. For sick or dependent persons with no mobility, the notary will travel to the home, hospital or residence at no cost.
- The service includes the payment of the fees and tariffs for the signature, as well as a simple copy of the document.
- Finally, the notary will enter the document in the Registry of Last Wills and Testaments or in the Registry of Advance Directives, as appropriate.
