How does an online will work?

Choose the type of will you wish to make (simple or living will) and fill in the corresponding form. Should you be interested in both, you will have to fill out a separate form for each. Remember that the information each one requests is different.

Try to fill in as much information as possible in the form. If you have any doubts, do not worry, our lawyer will clear them up for you when he or she contacts you.

After receiving the form, our lawyers will prepare the document that best suits your needs within the framework of current legislation. Throughout the whole process we will be happy to answer any questions you may have, so that we can prepare the document that best meets your needs.

Once you are satisfied with the document, we will contact you to arrange an appointment with the collaborating notary that best meets your preferences.

Finally, the notary will enter the will in the Registry of Last Wills and Testaments or in the Registry of Advance Directives, as appropriate.
